I want to test out a viable spell/mid rolling knight build but I've never ever used that many spell builds at the most ive got a pyro but that's it.

What is your Int and Faith? If you have a high enough Int you can use buffs like Magic Weapon, Great Magic Weapon or Crystal Magic Weapon. If you have high Faith you can use Sunlight Blade or Darkmoon Blade buffs, but I've personally never used the faith-based buffs. I'd ditch the Wolf Ring and use Lingering Dragon Crest Ring instead if you use the weapon buff spells though. I don't recommend relying on other spells if you don't have a high Int, but if your Int is high enough, Homing Soulmass and Homing Crystal Soulmass can be helpful for distracting your opponent enough for you to get a good swing or two in:) Hope that helps!
