So what is the highest crit weapon in game?

I always thought that the rapier type of weapons had the highest crit damage potential, until I saw this video...

This guy with his greataxe +15 gets in total 2500 riposte dmg on the sorcerer in the forest while my rapier +15 only hits for around half that damage. Granted he has 50 str and 40 dex, while I only have 45 dex and 14 str, but that wouldn't account for a 1250 damage difference would it?
Also I tested with the hornet ring as well seeing as he had it.

So what weapons have the highest crit damage in the game?

Dark Tracer I believe that's how its called has highest crit dmg

theres a difference between crit rating and crit damage, the dark silver tracer has the highest rating, however weapons with high attack can do the same or more even without buffs, power within, the redtearstone ring or other boosters due to the way crit damage is calculated.

Vit gauge + elemental rapier + hornets. Also the bow helps with people trying to wait out power within, but instead finding themselves getting shot at with buffed arrows

1 backstab + 1 arrow shot when they try to chug estus finishes off most people. So yeah, backstab once, then swap the bow in and keep shooting arrows so they can't chug.
