by XuitusTheGreat Thu Oct 04, 2012 10:29 amnoticed a dude using a murakumo, so swapped in Havel gloves to go from 51-79 poise, i walk over to him and sure enough he starts his r1 spam but to my surprise the first hit staggers me o-o, is there like a "loading poise....." moment?

That happens to me some times. Like some guy runs at me med rolling with like 100k poise (I counted with my kidneys) but my 1h claymore r2 staggered him. I was like.. :affraid:

I have had the same things happen before to me and to the oppenent!
One of the funnier times the guy clearly didn't have much poise prob 53 atleast tho...I ran at him 2 handing the GS and hit him with a running R1....now you guys know that's is a splat move...your hitting the floor for sure....nope he just took it and the 600 or so dmg it does....then proceeded to continue his pivot BS he was going for like a boss :x

When you just equipp the DWGR and get off the menu very quickly and try to roll, you'll see thant your char is not going to flip the first time, maybe theres something to do with it
