This always bugged me.
Also, I can't use the Washing Pole because the scabbard clips through the ground and it looks stupid.

^Balder Shield was my favorite till I noticed it going through my shoulder armor. Now I can't use it with most armor because it bugs the hell out of me.

It bugs me when I two-hand certain weapons and the left hand is gripping the air under the handle. I think the Shotel does this.

It also bothers me that some weapons 'downside' is their low durability... they even have a ring to 'counter' this.
I have never had this be a problem, ever. Even if it was, a bit of repair powder takes away this problem, permanently. Seems like an idea they couldn't properly implement. If they had percentage scaling down, such as 10% off your durabilty = 10% less damage or some other equation (Im' sure you'd have to play with it) then it would matter more, but durability has never been a concern. Same with attack damage type. Both good ideas with poor implementations.

Funniest thing I've seen is when I two hand greatswords and some of them go through my shoulder...Just slice my arm off ok...

The shotel is only sharp on one side, and yet you swing the non-sharp end into people with all it's swings.
Furthermore, from a "realism" standpoint, the shotel has the most fatal backstab animation.

I also can't wear the knights armor because everytime I look at the helm it bugs me the face guard/mask isn't pulled down.

I think they call it the Elite Knight's Helmet.
But anyways, that would be a nice feature to have cosmetic options for armors, such as hood up/down, Helmet closed/opened, pants up/down, etc.

I'm glad I'm not the only person bothered by this. I got this shield on my cleric yesterday and yes, It's so annoying...I can't take my eyes off that shoulder...a shame because I love how that shield looks. Quite unique as well, because of its size and shape.

Scythe backstabs are weird. But I guess if you're strong enough to force the blunt end of a scythe through someone, that is pretty fatal. HOLY CRAP I'M NOT ALONE WITH THIS ISSUE =D! I thought I was all alone in the cold dark deadly world of Lordran not using certain armors and weapons because of them going through things. Phew ^^ I can't use HSW with Chain armor because when you walk slowly it slightly clips through the ***. >.<
