Dex miracle speed adjust

So from what I've gathered higher dex increases the cast speed of miracles too.

Does this only really effect lightning bolts or does it make a difference to the other offensive spells like WoTG and emit force?

How about the prayer spells? (Heal, TWoP, Magic barrier, etc.)

Also, is 45dex generally what people go for with this??

It affects all of them I think. And WotG is appreciably faster with 45 dex, the lightning bolts too.

The lightning bolts were the only ones I knew were effected by it

Still waiting for someone to do actual frame tests.
