Go to Anor Londo, and at some (later) point you'll get a notification saying that the orb is vibrating. That's where you find the murderer and get the soul back. If you give it back to the firekeeper she'll reanimate.

Be sure to not use the Soul, go back to where she died and you will have to option to revive her

got it. thanks. that leaves me a bit short of things to do, i can't get past the tomb of giants yet (i'll have to level up a fair bit), and there's the three drakes over the bridge in valley of drakes, there's that fat/mushroom looking guy sat outside the gates to what i think is anor londo but he just says "still closed". any tips?

What? I think you are in the wrong place buddy, to get to Anot Londo you must go through Sen' fortress first

and sen's fortress is accessed via blighttown? i thought i'd searched the whole of blighttown. i'll start there. thanks again!

ring the bells in Blighttown and church that will open the gate
sen's is the place where sir onion is sitting outside giant gate, which you go through to get to anor londo.

People, we have a new player! If you figure out everything without help its a lot more fun. But it also takes more than 150 hours like I did.

this stuff he'd really know if he paid attention to the npcs when (if) he talked to them
and 150? really? I was only 75 but then again i didnt farm much, i wasn't bothered about max this and that just equipment that could just about do a job
