That sounds like very big lag. I've seen that plenty of times.

That's happened to me. I've dodged a MLGS blast to have it hit me a couple seconds later, absolutely infuriating. The common factor seems to be the MLGS so maybe there's something people are doing to manipulate lag, but it's not likely.

There is a device you can buy (lag switcher), but I think the effects are a bit more obvious/visually insane.

Easy to make those as well. Just need a dollar light switch and a knife.
