Notice how the attacks bounce off. If that could count as a counter it would be very deadly with a spear/BSS + Leo Ring. Nice use of the Lucerne btw. I would use very high defense armor in this case.

yeah it does count as counter thats why i used lucerne since it has pure thrust damage. those 800 damage leo ring counters :affraid:

Interesting, logically you should over equip yourself with armor and weapons. You can use anything haha.

Yeah I watched it,Pretty cool I guess. Just awkward how they couldn't land a backstab. Because I could have swore not all the population playing dark souls are Honorable. Even in the XBL Community. Nonetheless nice video.

That's a lot of backstabs.
If you're backstabbed every 5 seconds, that's 3170.9 years worth of being backstabbed.

But still... as iron flesh doesn't protect you from fire, magic, or lightning damage... a lot of people use a buff, or spam magic, and a lot of individuals take it as an opportunity to backstab you, i tend to have battles where i use iron flesh result in getting backstabbed two or three times, and then dying.
Iron flesh either really needs a buff, or backstabs need to get changed. The two aren't compatible.

It looked like he was dead angling not only with the horizontal sweeps, but with the back end of the lucerne on the overhead swings. Pretty good for stopping BS or BS cancels. There's a good example at 10:00 in the vid.
