No, if all the bosses of the area are dead, then you cannot be invaded, or summon help there.

I think DMs can still invade you.
As I don't have first hand experience though, I'd wait for someone to confirm or deny me before finding a new pvp spot.
(though you could just go human and wait around, if DMs can invade you they should show up fairly quickly thus proving either way)

No you can't be invaded if you killed all the bosses in the area, and I am sure of that.

Once you have slain Smough and Ornstien, you can not be invaded in Anor Londo.
However, if you kill the sun princess, throwing Anor Londo into darkness, you can get invaded again. If you then kill Gwyndolin, you will once more not be able to be invaded.

If you kill Gwynevere then you can be invaded in Dark Anor Londo no matter what. Killing Gwyndolin doesn't matter, you can have duels in the very room you kill Gwyndolin in..

I heard somewhere the order matters. If you kill Dolin then Gwynevere, you can always be unvaded there, since it counts as a new area (hence you can be invaded) but there is no boss to killto stop the invasions.
If you kill Gwynevere then Dolin, you open the new area, but then kill a boss and end the invasions.

If there is no boss you can't be invaded, because invaders exist to stop you from the fog gate. Its a part of the game that if there is no boss, people can't be in your world. I've been in Anor Londo both ways, helping others Co-op for extended periods, and you can NOT be invaded when the bosses are dead.

i have killed the tranny(or whatever it is) and then boobs and i keep getting invaded by smurfs all day so i would say yes you can get invaded with no boss around.

Dark Anor Londo isn't the same.. Both bosses dead does not = no invasions. I've done it myself..
