Im taking a break from DKS until the DLC comes for xbox, and after i get all I can from that Ill be done with games until the next souls installment, however I have found a pleasing way to relieve the horrible joy of that first playthrough we all remember so fondly.
I ended up with a second copy of the game so I sent it to my brother who vary casually plays games. We grew up playing Zelda on the n64 together. Along with it I explained why this game is such a landmark experience in gaming to give him a good desire to complete it and i also forewarned of spoiling his experience by getting online help when he seemed stuck. Instead, i will give careful advice and lend coop aid when possible, ensuring he has the perfect first playthrough, which without any aid beyond my hints when he needs them will take at least a hundred hours I imagine.

I know this is going to be a blast for both of us and Id like to recommend that my fellow enthusiast extend your passion with your family/friends. After all, the more popular this game gets the more like it we will see in the future.

At first I had to read the OP a few times. I didn't really get what you were saying. But I agree it's good to talk about the game with anyone. On another note it's always cool to get into PvP and then just sort of mess around with someone without fighting. I wish people [mainly non-players] could see past the "difficulty" and realize what makes the game great is all the little nuances.
