Got any habits?

We all have that one ''habit'' that we keep repeating, whether we realize it or not. This topic was just one i made in the curiousity of getting to know other members so, uhm, yeah, what's your habit/s?

Here's mine:
Something i noticed while on these forums, and what had me make this topic just now is that i keep finishing most sentences with ''so...yeah'', so...yeah.

When i eat i always make sure the amount of meat, veggies etc is equal to one another, as to avoid there being just one of them left, i really hate that.

I tend to bite myself on the lowerlip until i start bleeding sometimes while i'm distracted by something.

When i listen to music i tend to move along with the beat with my feet and fingers, so much that i usually end up getting weird looks.

I start coughing whenever i see something i don't like.

Now it's your turn

I chew on my little finger constantly.

If I'm getting rid of something I usually use it as a target or smash it.

I'm always doing something, work, reading, playing games, ect. Doing nothing feels like I'm wasting time, even when I'm trying to get to sleep it feels like I'm wasting time.

Lots. Biggest is always drinking caffiene when I'm tired or stressed.

I breathe all the time.

I chew my nails until they bleed.

I suffer from Paranoia and OCD....so yeah...I have habits....

When Im concentrating the tip of my tounge pokes out between my lips.

When Im angry I tend to combine whatever words I have flying around my head at the moment to rather ridicoulous sounding insulsts.

Another thing that happens when Im angry is that I start headbutting things.
