If console, try the undead burg and, as always, the forest. Invading New Londo when you see summon signs on the bridge typically works.
On PC, I haven't had much luck. People run or disconnect...even the arena is slow. I've been strutting about the Forest and haven't even run into gankers, although I did meet a hacker last night.

I've been using Blue Eye Orb but it doesn't rack up souls. I would like to rack up souls. Although I can't leave because I will lose my covenant and I'm planning on using the Darkmoon blade.

Consoles, the burg, the parish (I think), the butterfly forest. Those are all LEGIT PvP areas usually fight clubs on Twitch. You can do Anor Londo, Forest, I love killing people in New Londo :3 Painted World.
Pc, idk how much action you'd get at 114 in the arena, I get a lot of action at 100. You can try outside of the boss zone next to the NPC. Best way to not give spoilers if you didnt mean pc haha.
