yay!!! this should have happened from the start but what about the GS?

Ok. I need some help with my role play toon for the split covenant. I have no idea where to start. I like to wear the witch cloak and wanderer hood (witch coat will be my chest piece of choice for all of my builds). Maybe something around that? I don't like offensive (vs defensive) spells, I fight mainly melee only.

Maybe someone can set me in the right direction?

the fallen is actually my kind of covenant, is gabriel taken? i really like michael though...maybe uriel...hmm

I dont think any of the good angels names are taken. Stuff like Azreal and Telmulchus, the evil angels are though.

Think all the names associated with evil that are used in epic poetry to describe things then mix it with your own personal preferences.

When Billy sent me all the details for this the first thing I did was think Evil Angel Breaking Benjamin....MY THEME SONG YOU CANT HAVE IT!

The thought for some odd reason about MTG and the old Phyrexian cards. Chose Phyrixian.... Dominator I think as my archetype and then read through some Paradise Lost to chose the name

Lethe- as in the river that is supposed to run through the underworld, it is so corrupted and twisted that it fit my toon right away.

Then you just tack on a personality based on certain sins/ or other archetypes, in Lethe's case I chose Envy and Fear.

And I came up with this at 4Am this morning

Role- Herald of the Undoing

Power- Lethe is a defiler, a being that does no good, only brings misery and corruption to the world around it.

Lethe, even at time where he was to have done such good under the rule of the lords, was the most hated of angels. His mere touch brought only death and the curse of undoing where it should have been pure and gentle.

In battle Lethe would clad himself in massive suits of mail and plate to hide his visage from the ravages of battle. He was fear, he was craven, and worse still he was envious of all other life.

When the final battle came and the waves of angels crashed rank upon rank and the iron and fire was released against his foes he met his downfall.

Uriel a commander of angels took the defiler in single combat , tearing the armour from his body and unleashing a hundred plagues upon the world. Like Gabriel, firey sword in hand he smote the Defiler a single blow, and pinned the fiends body to his own shield, sealed him away for all time in the Abyss where there was nothing his foulness could defile, nothing his envy could corrupt."

At least ask someone who can write to go over it before you post it. You of all people know I'm willing to read and criticise anything.

You could also ask Dough or I. We both like to write and read other peoples work.

And damn its good lore...though Im very very biased on this one.

I'm almost done with my lore. It will me kinda long (thanks to robs who kept asking for more details). I hope it won't be too confusing. I'll post it today.
