So the next war will be in Oolacile! We'll be celebrating the new content by destroying the city with fire and leaving the butchered bodies of our foes in the streets. I don't think Arty would want it any other way.
Atm its planned for the 23rd-24th of november, typical 48 hours long. The main thing thats a problem atm is the SL. Even though the PC section can give us an idea of the SL it may be different for consoles. If a couple of PC players could give us an idea of what SL the new content is that'd be great. Hopefully no one will have to remake builds.
Now the way this war differs from previous ones is no one is declaring war on another. Instead this is a desperate race to conquer Oolacile and fortify it as your own. This is a rabid free for all, with everyone doing their own thing. Alliances can be made, but are not neccesary. Also be aware any alliances you do make will impact your cov greatly, because this war will have a difference.
Whoever wins this war will win Oolacile. I'm going to start having groups conquer areas, and these will give you advantages in further wars. Whether its a flat points bonus or some extra time for the next war, or maybe a lore thing whateveer it is you'll be glad to have it. This also means it will be nice to have someone draw an entire map of the DkS world of Lordran (Seth Im looking at you mate).
Now remember your alliance? If an alliance wins an area they share the bonus which doesnt mean much if they;re still allied for the next war, however if the alliance breaks they have 2 choices. Have a mini war and the winner takes all, or share the bonus and get 1/3's worth each.
Finally onto sides. Atm in terms of big covs its looking like NK vs DS vs LH + GS. Yes 2 sides will be invading seperately. This is god, as it will hopefully lower the massive points the sides can score by spltting in between 2 sides. The smaller covs are ta;k to each other or ally with a big one, or try to take it all for themselves.
SO thats all I can ramble about for now. Sorry for being a bit disjointed but I hope you get the idea.

Archives
- The Tactician's Eye: Using the book's of the archives to study the
tactics of war, the owner of the archives has great military knowledge.
Once per war they may declare an hour of game time in which their side
scores double points.
ToG - The Grave Tunnels: The dead have tunnels
everywhere. They can travel underground, faster than any army. Each
member of a covenant who owns the ToG may choose to start the war an
hour early go finish an hour later.
Oolacile - The touch of the
abyss. All of us have a dark side. Once per war the owner of Oolacile
may delcare an enemy covenant. For 1 hour all the points the enemy
scores count for Oolacile. (Please be sportsman like about this. Don't
log off or ignore it)
New Londo - Hated Enemy: There are foes that
are so despicable, your men will fight harder to kill them. Once per
war you may designate a 12 hour period. In this period anyone from an
enemy covenant you kill is worth 1 extra point.
Painted World - Cold Snap: The weather of the PW follows its ruler. You may designate a one hour period where a chosen covenant can't score points.
I did have one for izalith, but got it confused with the oolacile one and forgot it. Probably halve the opponents points. Im open to suggestions.
