SL 99 or SL 120?

Making a PVP character, and unsure as to what SL I should make him. I'm not going to be doing Arena, Duels, or Invasions exclusively, but a bit of each.

I know the Arena is going to be SL 99, but is that going to become the new standard? My build remains unchanged either way, just how many stats I get.

SL100, not SL99, you can go past it, think of it this way, at SL120 you would always have the chance of invading people SL200+ always, but it would match you with people close to your level.



in arena you have the chance of facing SL101-200 but it will still match you to people closer to your level. if you want to make a pure dex/str build no magic, go SL100, if you want to use magic/buffs go higher.

What would you recommend for a WotW Roleplay? Sanctus, Crescent Axe, Grant?
