Where do I go after obtaining Lordvessel?

You must go to into space.
Ok but if you want to be a DW you have to go into New Londo, if not you have to place it then go to:
-Archives (left of the Anor Londo warp)
-Tomb of the Giants (past the catacombs, catacombs are accessed through Firelink Shrine)
-Lost Izalith (Right after the Quelaag fight there's a bunch of lava, kill the Ceaseless Discharge to get there)
Ok but if you want to be a DW you have to go into New Londo, if not you have to place it then go to:

-Tomb of the Giants (past the catacombs, catacombs are accessed through Firelink Shrine)
-Lost Izalith (Right after the Quelaag fight there's a bunch of lava, kill the Ceaseless Discharge to get there)

New Londo is pretty straightforward. Just try not to get mobbed by ghosts and be careful fighting the Darkwraiths.

Once you drain the water (after talking with ingward) you can bypass all the ghosts by dropping off the side down to the lower part where the 4 kings gate resides. Just go into New Londo just like you were going to clear the whole place, but where the first two ghosts are veer to the right and get in front of the set of stone steps. If you look down to the right from this location you will see a broken wall you can land on. Land on it then drop down and bam you skipped the ghosts. From here go in the water and to the right until a wraith charges at you. Be on your guard since there are 2-4 in this area. Keep following the pathways(using your own judgment) and you will reach the boss in less headaches then travelling the full distance of the level.
