Ok - this is the situation. I invaded a guy in the forest who I have fought many times before. I have only successfully beat him once (WoG'd him off a cliff) so I basically use him as yardstick to measure how much PvP experience I have gained .
When I first invaded he was basically done with killing a fellow FoC member with a Demon Great Axe but I notice he was NOT lagging from my prospective. As he changed up weapons (1st a Shotel, then a Bandit's Knife) because he probably knew I would be able avoid being hit with that weapon. As he starts to move towards me the lagging starts (that little teleportation stutter step).
Anway I successfully got a backstab on him:D but even before my backstab animation was complete this guy was behind me with that d$%# Bandit's Knife backstabbing me. I did not see him flip or move behind me but he was able to counter my backstab with another backstab.
Is this lag or is this an actual counter backstab technique?
