I think I've got a sl 140 something. I can be on around 10pm pst or so and summon you via red soap stone if you don't find anyone by then.

Sorry I am on the East Coast and couldn't stay up any longer. I ended up dropping my sign in Painted World (as everyone says that is the place to PVP now) and I only got summoned twice (I hate invading, guess I am just too courteous). Then I made Anor Lando dark...(I was in the princess guard to use the spells) and nothing. No invasions at all! I did farm those two guys for a while though.
