I can 1 shot you just fine without a lightning weapon, and it is just as easy. With the hornets ring a buffed dga will bs for between 2400 on the low end and 3300 damage top range. Thats death, and It doesn't exactly cost hp to do at the low range.

Someone correct me if I've got my numbers wrong, but my understanding of the game is that 1 shot bsing is quite possible at sl 120 without a lightning weapon, when they're patched fishers will simply find a regular weapon that does the job. (like this one)
