    Mind-Gaming with Aural Decoy?

    Just though of something. The animation for Aural Decoy is the same as those of the Soul Spears; the cast time is the same. I figure, could you use Aural Decoy to mindgame? Like, if someone keeps using decoy, you'll get kind of annoyed that you fell for a joke. Eventually, you would discard all those casts as mere taunts, but then all of a sudden a real Soul Spear comes flying out and smacks you dead in the face!

    Magic is a pain to hit with, just though we should try this?

    It would work better to mix the casts. Use the Decoy first (ahahahahahaha) and then catch them with a CSS after a second.

    Why would you not want to is the better question.

    It makes you more unpredictable in a fight.

    you could always cast it out of chameleon, cast it with homing soul mass unlocked so the chance of either hitting is higher and cast it at them as they stand up from a backstab.

    i dunno i guess u could use attunement slots on it.. but i'd rather put chameleon or hidden weapon in there for mind games personally.
