1. Change to the Canvas Talisman. More AR than the Ivory at 30 Faith.
2. Why the Caduceus Round Shield? There are better shields out there.
3. Unless you are really really good at stamina management, you will get slaughtered with an End of 11.
4. Can't comment on the armor, since I don't know what your priorities are (physical vs magic vs fire vs etc or poise, etc)

Less dex more End.
The strength of Buffing fast swinging weapons like curved swords or Katanas is getting a series of hits in (typically) you need to have a stamina pool to be able to whack a good 2-3 times and still roll to safety.
Moving END to 31 and dex down to 20 also gives you enough burden to put on the catarina gauntlets and reach 53 poise while maintaining fast roll.
Red/white round shield looks better then cadecus... imo

The reason was because..I forgot endurance determined stamina and thought it was only for equip load.....oops.
I was just trying to maintain fast roll, and as for defenses I would perfer a balance between resistances.
