Anyone have some tales of trolls or of the interesting little oddities that come out of PvP and Co-op?
I have a couple.
1) I was helping some dude in Anor Londo, and he started fighting someone I couldn't see on the bridge. (Summoned Dragon Bro?) Anyway, I was confused so I just shrugged and watched him look like a fool for a little while. Then I just started having some fun with getting in his way, and eventually decided to parry the guy. Whoever he was fighting managed to utilize my parry and got the riposte on him, which decidedly killed my host.
I then bowed.
2) This was just today. While on my way through the Catacombs, I was invaded my this pretty newbish dude. He ran from me from the start, and tried to lure me where there were enemies. Like any sane person, I waited for him to clear out of the way before approaching any enemies. He ran forward past a bridge or two, and off in the distance I could see him waving, beckoning, joying, etc. I simply sat there and looked skyward. Sent him a message: "get over hee."(Typo) He just ran further into the area, so I went back towards the bonfire to see if he might come after me, and I could surprise him around the corner. After a minute I came back out to find him standing there again. He continued to beckon. "P*ssy," I sent him. That must have pissed him off, because he decided to start a 'well what is it?' fight from his little safe spot that was the bridge. After he realized I wasn't going to budge much, he pretended to start heading back to where I was. I ran back towards the beginning and hid around the wall with a fire tempest ready. After at least a minute of waiting I went out, and walked across the first bridge a little bit, then he happily greeted me with a wrath of the gods through revealing his chameleon form. Luckily it didn't push me off, and I rolled back. He followed and took a few lame swings at me as I charged the fire tempest. "Woops," he dies in like one hit of it. I guess the moral of the story is don't go level 120 with low vitality, all your points in int and faith, and only half a brain.
Your turn!
