    I have had a lot of fun doing co-op on my previous characters when I grinded bosses for soul levels and summoned others just to get through things quickly, so I want to dedicate a character to helping out other players, whether it be boss battles or running through an area. I'm aiming at the SL 60-70 range at the end of the build so I can co-op for Anor Londo and the great lord souls, plus Undead Burg/Parish for NG+. Mainly PvE, but I want something to fall back on if another player invades and I need to defend my host. I threw together a tentative build on the character planner, a basic faith build. I want to use Sunlight Blade to buff up a Claymore +15 and keep another slot or two open for whatever miracle. I think WoG would be a good anti-invader miracle. Rings are still up in the air as well, I'm leaning on the Dark Wood Grain Ring as cookie cutter. Crown of Dusk for the additional miracle power, and the armor I haven't decided. I'm aiming at 31 poise as it seems the most realistic. Here's the build itself

    I'll list exactly what I'm asking for for organizational purposes:

    1) Am I safe in the 60-70 leveling range for mid-game co-op?
    2) What miracles outside of Sunlight Blade would you recommend for the build? And should I stick with 2 slots or bump to 3?
    3) What rings and armor should I consider to meet a 31 poise + fast roll and/or ninja flips?
    4) Any changes you would personally make to the build I provided, namely my distribution between Endurance and Vitality?

    Any other tips/advice would be awesome as well. I'm anxious in making this character a reality bounce

    Welcome to the forums!
    1) 60-70 is a great range for co-op.
    2) The lightning spears (preferably great with that fth) are AMAZING for PvE since enemies dont dodge. Get 3 slots for the great version.
    3) Ive stuck on the RoFaP considering I threw on an elemental clay.

    Elemental clay for when your SLB runs out so you do decent damage. RoFaP for some more hp, stamina and enough burrden to flip with the extra wep. More attunement fro GLS.
    Finally check out the Noble Knights (link in my sig) if you are willing to change your armour a bit for co-op big grin

    I coop in Anor Londo a lot (PS3) and the sweet spot is sl 50-55 for me. You can get summons higher, but above 60 slows things down a lot. I have a mage, pyro, and faith build each at sl55 there and am happy to give you thoughts on any of them. My favorite is the faith, which is a Solaire sunbro build (you get tons of summons in his gear). I don't have mugen access atm, but here is my basic faith build, starting from Cleric I think:

    Vit: 20

    Att: 16

    End: 20

    Str: 14

    Dex: 14

    Int: 11 (base)

    Faith: 30

    Gear: Solaire helm, chest, leggings all +10, giants gauntlets +5, sunlight shield +15, chaos balder side sword +5, DWGR, Ring of Fap, talisman.

    You should come in at 35.8 / 72 weight for flipping, with about 1000 hp. At 99 humanity, your defenses will be pretty good: nearly 400 for all the physicals, and 300 for magic/fire/lightning. Poise is 53.

    You also have 4 spell slots, so I usually go with: Great heal, WOG (good for stopping backstab attempts on your host), vow of silence (awesome for keeping your host alive if a caster invades). VOS takes 2 slots, so you can swap it out for Force and also a lightning spear miracle if you want. I also like replenishment, if you expect to get dinged up fighting an invader and mobs at the same time, but don't think you'll get OHKO'd with a backstab.

    Thanks for the input! 55 is kinda low for my taste, so I'm taking it to around 65 I think I calculated at. Still Faith. My character is at level 17 right now, doing some Gargoyle co-op until I can get +5 on a couple more equips. I'm using a Claymore as my main/sunlight weapon, and bought myself a Bastard Sword to turn elemental. Is Lightning the best option there?
