Not all kicks. But when you have the thorn leggins/orange charred ring on kicks do damage.

But i'm wondering why the dragon roar does not increase the damage.

And here I thought the orange charred ring was only useful in Lost Izalith.

Actually, it looks like PW IS buffing the leggings, just not enough to reach the next rounding point. You can tell because the thorns add 2 to the ring w/out PW and 3 to the ring w/ PW, so PW is affecting it, just not a whole lot.

That could be it.

Also, I added data for the Red Tearstone Ring. It doesn't increase the damage.

It is... 40% of 2 is .8 which rounds down to 2, so because the ring adds more than .2 it is able to get the extra point.
